YES. Blue Water Healing Clinic which is our original service Provides outpatient mental health counseling for a variety of conditions. We also provide Clinician Services including administrative, operational, and practice management support . All clinician services are HIPAA-conscious and designed to support—not replace.

Can I choose only certain services, or do I have to buy a full package?

Yes. All services are available as packaged solutions or à la carte, depending on your needs. Many clients start with one service (such as credentialing or billing) and expand as their practice grows.

Do you work with Medicaid and Medicare?

Yes. We have extensive experience with Medicaid and Medicare. Additionally we work with Community Mental Health (CMH), commercial insurance, and school-based mental health contracts, including credentialing, billing, and payer communication.

How do you handle billing and revenue cycle management?

We manage the full mental health revenue cycle, including claims submission, follow-up, denial resolution, and accounts receivable recovery. Our goal is to reduce delays, minimize denials, and ensure clinicians are paid accurately and on time.

What EHR or practice management systems do you support?

We work with commonly used EHR such as Simple Practice and Therapy Notes. However we are just as proficient in Valant, ICANotes, and CareLogic. If you utilize an EHR not mentioned here. we can still assist as we have dedicated staff that will have your EHR mastered in less time than you could onboard and train someone. We will also assist with implementation, cleanup, workflow optimization, and reporting.

How do pricing and contracts work?

Pricing is based on the scope and complexity of services needed. We offer transparent pricing discussed during your consultation, with no long-term commitments required unless agreed upon in advance.
